Implement rel-me support

Summary of Changes

• Added support to manage the social links on the channel edit screen
• Added the social links view on the channel screen
• Added support for the rel-me (Once the backend supports it minds#4314)

⚠ I used the available icons in order to avoid increasing the bundle. The only custom icons is the minds bulb (downloaded from the site)
