Added the option to change the email in onboarding

Testing Considerations

• make sure to test with a new account when there are no other accounts logged in
• do the above while having another account logged in
• Note that restarting the app while in the onboarding will skip the onboarding. This is an existing issue which is NOT taking care of in this issue.
