Testing Considerations
- Make sure you aren't a minds plus user
- login and you should be able to see the minds plus top in feed notice (or if there is another in-feed notice there make sure to dismiss it and refresh)
- tapping upgrade would open the upgrade modal and once upgraded the notice should go away
- tapping dismiss dismisses
- tapping learn more opens the web page for minds plus
