Summary of Changes
Fixes an issue when deeplinking to a nested comment that's outside the viewport
Testing Considerations
- have a nested comment thread that spans more than 5 items
- add a comment with another user to that thread
- get the notification url from the notification dropdown on the web
- paste that in mobile
- you should be navigated to that comment correctly
