Summary of Changes

• Implemented the supermind console screen
• Added support for endpoints changes into the OffsetList component and the useApiFetch hook
• Fixed the refresh on the OffsetList component when the offsetPagination mode is used
• Added optional shadow to the ScreenHeader component
• Tweaked the TopTabBar component to match the new designs (spacing and colors)
