Summary of Changes

Implement avatar blur for NSFW channels and made the user settings to see mature content to make effect immediately

Testing Considerations

• Open a post from an NSFW channel (via a deep link will be the easiest)
• Avatar should be blurred

Regression Scope

It should only affect the NSFW avatars
