Summary of Changes
when a channel is subscribed from the channel recommendations widget, it'll fade away and a new recommendation will take its place. At the same time, the list will grow from a length of 3 to a length of 5. Up to 12 recommendations will be shown.
Testing Considerations
just the channel recs component and subscribing to all its recs should be enough
