Summary of Changes

After confirming a video it is saved to the device's gallery (on the Minds album) and then it starts to upload.

If the saving to the gallery fails it just uploads the original video as a fallback (current functionality)

Testing Considerations

• Open the composer
• Record a video
• confirm use video
• Once it starts to upload you can finish it or cancel it
• The video must be stored in the Minds album of the device gallery

Regression Scope

The change should only affect video uploading
