Summary of Changes

• Enable the NSFW settings option for Android.
• Fix blurred image after opening an NSFW image

Testing Considerations

• Open the app on an Android device
• Open settings -> account
• NSFW content must be there
• check that the option is turned off to test the second fix
• Open a mature image post
• Tap over I'm over 18 years of age
• The image should be shown and it should not be blured

Regression Scope

No regression expected
