Summary of Changes

Updates the local storage package. This is just a patch version that fixes issues so there should be no problem with it.

We should test anything that uses the storage. Login, offline cache

Regression Scope

Despite it updating the storage package with a new patch release that shouldn't break anything, it can potentially affect any functionality that uses the local storage (cache, settings).
