Fix newsfeed store not properly cleared

Summary of Changes

When the user logs out it clears the feed store properly now

Testing Considerations

Need one user with the topfeed FF in true and other with false

Regression Scope

None

Platform Affected (web, mobile, etc)

Android, IOS

Developer Testing Completed

Tested switching users and now it work as expected
