Upgraded our kibana dev container to 6.6.2
Added the kibana-oss 6.6.2 image which ships without xpack and solves all the licensing start up check issues
Set the enviromment variable ELASTICSEARCH_URL to minds_elasticsearch_1 which resolves on our app network
