Improve arrow visibility on media modals

Summary

Ensure navigation arrows have better visibility on media modals

Closes #2420 (closed)

Steps to test

  • Go to a channel page with plenty of media content (i.e. 0xEMI)
  • Click on a newsfeed image or video
  • Move your mouse pointer to the content
  • Ensure the pager arrows have a good contrast and match both light and dark themes

Estimated Regression Scope

Since the CSS class is specific to media modal arrows, there should be no regressions.
