Added full list of channels and groups in discovery for tenant network

Testing Considerations

• Head to https://fausto.oke.minds.io/

• Create a new user account

• Go to Explore/Channels and see the list of channels being shown

• Go to Explore/Groups and see the list of groups being shown

  Note: if you create another account and with that new account create a group then you should see the new group appear in the list and the new channel appearing in the channels list too.
