Summary of Changes
Fixes issue where-in paywall is being set when a post is in Jury and no valid JWT is given with the image for it to be decoded. Fix created with @markeharding via screenshare.
Testing Considerations
We are not going to be able to test Jury on sandbox - instead, and much more importantly, we should check for regressions around paywalls all around the site, including private membership tiers and Minds+ - check media and activities are properly locked when they should be.
