(feat): Emails suggested content

Formatting html emails sucks, but this attempts to make it better

Cooked down the link generation into one easy to add tracking variable

Fixed some issues in the magic proxy that were causing it blow up or hard load things from the cdn

Jumped through fifteen kinds of hoops, to get a nice little list of suggested content

Created an EmailStyles class to help control our inline styles. Define classes and then will get exploded into a style="" tag
