(feat) Gone cold email

Brian Hatchet requested to merge brianhatchet/engine:cold_email into master

Added a new gone cold email that get fired from the email event handler

Configured the template to use the new download site for android

Configured the links to track their campaign, topic and state via url parameters

This one just includes a link to post, future iterations will have the suggested feed for the user.
