Increase email MFA timeout and provide code in subject line

Summary

Increasing timeout for email MFA and fixing some hardcoded email values

Testing

• Log into an account with no MFA setup, or make a new one.
• Change email address so you receive the email code.
• Code in the subject line should work.

Regression Scope

Could only really affect the sending of emails.
