Notifications of type subscribe should point to notifications page

currently a new subscriber notification points to self user page. Changing it to the page of the subscriber makes sense. However since there could be more than one subscriber at a time, pointing NotificationTypes::TYPE_SUBSCRIBE to minds.com/notifications makes more sense
