bug: lowercasing hash tags
Clicking on a upper case hashtag caused a mismatch in the api.
This is a "poke and hope" fix. I am able to make the call and debug. I am, however, unable to get returned matches from my local api. There's still something up with the link between cassandra and mongo that I will need @markeharding 's help to sort out tomorrow.
