Add username to Supermind receiver emails. - Supermind received and expiring soon emails.
Summary of Changes
Testing Considerations
Send a Supermind offer - check the email that you receive - remember assets might not load correctly from the sandbox - but they haven't been touched and should not change.
Test other emails too.
Expiring soon email may be difficult to trigger however there's no reason it shouldn't behave the same as the supermind received email (have tested locally by forcing the value as indicated in the below screenshot).

Needs to be deployed to runners.
Set deployment/minds-runner-email and deployment/minds-runner-email images BACK to latest on sandbox following merge
