Security Patch for Magic Proxy

Brian Hatchet requested to merge brianhatchet/engine:magic-proxy-security-patch into master

Magic proxy now only allows urls from the cdn and site

Wrapped the low-level curl calls in a class for easy mocking

Made sure the derived curl clients still work

Curl clients now can be set to limit uploads and downloads.
