Every string that will be viewed by the user is wrapped with self.tr(), tied to #121 (closed) and will be tied to #113

User locale is loaded at the start, follows the en_US (ISO 639 lower case_ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 upper case) format, some examples: tr_TR en_GB de_DE

Should be accompanied by a translation manual, http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtlinguist-index.html has some info but there are python specific details to it
