Extend the Debian cross Dockerfile to allow installation of ports
packages and use this to create additional images with cross-compilers
for Debian ports such as sparc64 and ppc64. Use the same mechanism to
provide a separate image for mipsel because mips and mipsel toolchains
cannot be installed simultaneously in the normal cross image because of
a path conflict on ld.so.
