Updates:

- Removes the leading "/auth" path element from Keycloaks API routes since it was removed in version 17+.
- Fixes linter errors.
- Updates ci tests to run against latest keycloak version.

Accepted problems:

- Unit test error in UsersResourceTest::users_can_be_updated_using_the_fluent_api
- Unit test failure in UserRolesTest::client_level_roles_can_be_retrieved
- Compose setup (app) cannot be build and needs to be updated
