Add fresnel-factor and adjust reflection-factor and fresnel-factor per livery

This Merge Request adds real Fresnel-Effect to the reflection-shader of the EC 130/ H130. It is adjustable at runtime (sim/rendering/fresnel-factor). 0= non fresnel-effect, 1= full fresnel-effect. The reflection-factor had been adjusted to match the new fresnel-effect, but are just suggestions.
