The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. There are no mbytes any more, let's replace alloc_mbytes_cost by alloc_bytes_cost.

Some code comes from !352 (merged).

Fixes #217

Consequences: reduced gas cost for several stuff, including failed UNPACK (is it still enough?)
