Configurable registry organization
Can now configure organization through merge-setup script. This is useful for deploying containers from a personal organization on quay or docker-hub.
Config Updates
The Merge config format has changed in the engine repo as we no longer have transient and durable datastores, just a datastore. This patch set changes the default merge config deployed by the snap to fall in line.
