Upgrade ghost and force a cert change to get the certificate back in a good state.

Upgrade ghost to the latest version and change the config of the certificate.
Why
Because the website wont load due to an ssl error (expired cert). The failure to renew appears to be a known issue and the workaround is to just force a new cert to be generated. Not so great.
