This was motivated by the failures seen in Changed cookiecutter template for non rest grap... (!276 - merged), that made it hard to find which of the template options was failing.

This should at least make it possible to see which of the generated projects from the cookiecutters is failing: https://gitlab.com/meltano/sdk/-/jobs/2375818042#L184
