I've added the first draft of CustomOAuthAuthenticator.

I've already written some tests in the tap that uses this authenticator, can I add something like this for the tests here: https://github.com/Matatika/tap-googleads/blob/main/tap_googleads/tests/test_proxy_oauth.py. @edgarrmondragon
