Resolve "Repo can't be cloned on Windows due to double-quotes in file names"

This came up because I'm now using a Windows laptop halftime.

I first tested in a personal fork to ensure the fix: https://gitlab.com/aaronsteers/sdk/-/merge_requests/1

Once this was merged, I was able to clone the repo.
