This MR adds the Facebook Ads Extractor to Meltano as a hidden plugin.

It will be fully enabled on Meltano UI once bundled Transformations (#1556 (closed)) and Models (#1557 (closed)) are added.

Documentation will be added with an MR for #1533 (closed) before the Extractor is enabled in Meltano UI (#1560 (closed))
