Bug - API Install Error

I noticed in this slack thread https://meltano.slack.com/archives/C01TCRBBJD7/p1646191929223089 that looks like they had an issue installing via the API due to a typo https://gitlab.com/meltano/meltano/-/blob/master/src/meltano/api/controllers/plugins.py#L124.

@pnadolny13 Can confirm, kinda surprised no ones run into this before. It's been lurking for ~10 months. I did a couple searches to make sure that we don't already have this bug somewhere on the backlog and does seem new. /cc @tayloramurphy

The bug fix weight is like a 1 (just fixing a typo), but marked it a 4 because I'm not sure what test coverage we have here.

@pandemicsyn yeah I submitted an MR to fix the typo but also was skeptical that it got this far without being raised. I assumed maybe you all would want to add some tests or something too.

I'm totally unfamiliar with the UI but I tried to replicate this with no luck, the dbt package installed for me.

@pandemicsyn should I reassign this to you to add more or should I just try to merge in my typo fix MR?
