Always print `--log-level=debug` guidance after failure
In slack we are often providing the guidance that people can rerun their pipelines with --log-level=debug
- generally needed when a tap or target cannot properly configure itself or fails auth.
What do folks think about always printing this after failure?
Something like:
.... has failed. For more detailed log messages check '...' log directory or rerun with the --log-level=debug CLI flag.
