Add gem jekyll-sitemap to Hub
Fixes meltano/marketing/marketing-general#75 (closed)
Example output: hub-sitemap.xml (Links in prod will show hub.meltano.com instead of localhost
The default sitemap is pretty basic but we can configure this plugin more once we upgrade to Jekyll <3.7.2. I'm preparing a separate issue for that.
