ANDROID: MTK: mtk_android_defconfig: enable IKHEADERS and CFI_CLANG
CONFIG_IKHEADERS and CONFIG_CFI_CLANG should be enabled to comply with the following VTS test:
- Vts module: VtsHalGraphicsMapperV4_0TargetTest
- Vts test: SystemVendorTest#KernelCompatibility
