BL_INTERNAL: drm/mediatek: fix DPI and DPIntf disable sequence
requested to merge mediatek/aiot/team-mtk-aiot-sw-ss2/linux:pablo/fix-dp-suspend-and-res-switch into mtk-v5.15-dev
Do a full power off sequence when disabling DPI and DPIntf interfaces.
Failing to do so causes incorrect clock & register status after suspend-resume, and also causes wrong resolution settings.
