BL_INTERNAL: drm: mediatek: mtk_dp/mtk_dpi: reduce the logs

Nicolas Belin requested to merge mediatek/aiot/team-baylibre/linux:dp-logs into mtk-v5.15-dev

Reduce the number of log lines generated by dp and dpi. These ones regularly generate a big chunk of lines making the kernel logs difficult to read. So change these traces to debug traces.
