Revert "arm64: dts: mediatek: mt8195: enable usb remote wakeup"

Suspend-to-ram (S3) wakes up immediately after entering full suspend, because usb remote wakeup feature is not implemented correctly.

Disable the feature for now until it is fixed properly.
