arm64: dts: mediatek: mt8365-pumpkin: Add CPU power management
This commit adds some CPU power management options such as cpufreq and cpuidle. Individual CPU core power management also becomes possible. Information about governors, available frequencies and more are accessible.
Port of !375 (merged) to K5.15-dev.
