ASoC: mediatek: mt8195: Remove the HDMI constraints

Nicolas Belin requested to merge nkbelin/linux:audio-hdmi-rates-5.15 into mtk-v5.15-dev

Remove the constraints on the hdmi framerates and channels as a lot of framerates are supported and not only 48k. The supported rates and the channel configurations are already checked in the audio hdmi hw params function.
