arm64: dts: mt8195: Add apusys cooling device
requested to merge mediatek/aiot/team-mtk-aiot-sw-ss2/linux:kidd/k515-add-apusys-cooling-devfreq into mtk-v5.15-dev
Add cooling devices for apusys in mt8195. This allows to scale down apusys frequency (and voltage) in case of thermal pressure.
