A bit of a grab-bag of a PR. Oh well.

  • Add better local debug logs for py-functiontrace via tracing
  • Move a bit more of functiontrace.py into Rust
  • Add a welcome banner that gives a bit more information about FunctionTrace
  • Add a (mostly unused) config file
  • Add a license key and validation, making it feasible for companies to actually use FunctionTrace under the current license without emailing me.
