Documentation: Add known LDAP workaround to FAQ
Adds a note to the LDAP section of the FAQ to point users to the Gitlab issue if they experience the "No module named 'ldap.filter'" issue. This was likely a local environment issue which is why rather than putting all the detail into the FAQ itself I'm linking to the issue concerned
