[Version-unspecific] bifrost(zcash): prefer Zebra raw mempool checks and fallback to getmempoolentry (zcashd)
Summary
Zebra does not support getmempoolentry in the same way as zcashd, and current behavior produces repeated error logs. This change aligns Bifrost with Zebra-first operation while preserving backward compatibility.
Changes
- Prefer
getrawmempoolfor tx presence checks (Zebra-compatible path) - Fall back to
getmempoolentryonly when raw mempool RPC is unsupported (Method not found) - Keep compatibility with zcashd
- Reduce noisy fail to get tx(...) from mempool error="Method not found" logs
Summary by CodeRabbit
-
Bug Fixes
- Enhanced Zcash chain client mempool status verification with improved fallback handling and robust error detection for unavailable RPC methods, ensuring more reliable transaction monitoring.
-
Tests
- Added comprehensive test coverage for mempool status detection scenarios, including cases where the primary RPC method is unavailable and fallback mechanisms are activated.
