Center align text in buttons contained within _botrc

Alex Don requested to merge fix_text_alignment_in_botrc_buttons into master

The _botrc rowcolumn widget was setting XmNentryAlignment to XmALIGNMENT_END. Change to XmALIGNMENT_CENTER for consistency with IMD.
