Question about warnings in fort_spec
Hi @mauricemolli,
This is not an issue but a question.
When running petitRADTRANS
there can be a rather large number of the following two warnings printed:
warning: root must be bracketed for zbrent
and
Tridag routine failed!
Presumably this is not a problem and happens when some extreme/unphysical parameters are sampled in the prior space? However, in the posterior there can also be some samples for which the zbrent warning occurs. Should such samples have been excluded from the posterior? For example by setting the log-likelihood to -inf?
