Extra metric and command line parameters for MSDnet. Reproducibilty. Kernels size for Unet.

  • Add extra metric for exit wave reconstruction.

  • Add command line parameters for number of filters in network and for checkpointing interval.

EDIT: Also added this:

  • Write script file to training output folder for reproducibility.

*Change default kernel size from 3x3 to 5x5 when doing exit waves.
