Description

This MR introduces new functionality that allows users to "manually" declare orbits to be identical. This enables one to exploit local symmetries or physically intuitive similarities to reduce the dimensionality of cluster spaces, e.g., in surface systems, nanoparticles or other systems with low symmetry.
